张丹丹

张丹丹,女,1986年生,山东烟台人。博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,中国科协“青年人才托举工程”入选者。2014年获北京林业大学博士学位,2015年10月-2016年1月在国际玉米小麦改良中心培训学习。主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、青年人才托举工程等项目4项。近5年以第一(共一)或通讯作者在New Phytologist、BMC Biology、Plant Physiology、Molecular Plant Pathology等期刊发表学术论文13篇,授权专利7件。

主要从事黄萎病防治基础研究,研究方向为大丽轮枝菌功能基因组学及其为害的分子基础。参与完成首株来源棉花大丽轮枝菌全基因组解析工作,通过比较基因组分析阐明了大丽轮枝菌寄主广谱与专化协同进化的遗传变异机制;发现了强致病力落叶型大丽轮枝菌通过水平转移从棉花枯萎病菌获得基因簇参与脂质化合物N-酰基乙醇胺合成以引起植物落叶的分子新机制;开展大丽轮枝菌胞外蛋白的毒力组分鉴定工作,明确了转录因子和囊泡蛋白调控蛋白分泌的过程与特性,鉴定出激活免疫反应的效应子,解析了多个细胞壁降解酶兼具毒力和激发寄主免疫反应的双重功能。
