王冰

王冰,女,1983年11月出生,河北宣化人。亚搏app副研究员、硕士生导师。

2007年获河北农业大学动植物检疫专业理学学士学位,2010年和2013年先后获亚搏app农业昆虫与害虫防治专业农学硕士学位和农学博士学位,2013年至2017年在亚搏app昆虫功能基因组开展博士后研究工作。2016年晋升为副研究员。2017年9月加入昆虫功能基因组留所工作,入选青年英才计划“D”类人才。

王冰博士长期从事植物-害虫-天敌三级营养关系之间的化学通讯研究。以反向化学生态学为理念,采用比较组学的方法,利用爪蟾卵母细胞体外表达系统,转基因果蝇异源表达系统,双电极电压钳技术,单细胞记录技术,RNA干扰技术以及CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑等技术手段,系统性地开展昆虫嗅觉识别的分子和神经机制研究,以气味受体基因为靶标筛选影响昆虫行为反应的活性分子,阐明昆虫感受化学信号的传导通路,建立嗅觉受体和昆虫行为之间的关系,证实以气味受体为靶标筛选昆虫行为调控剂是可行性的,从而开发昆虫驱避剂和引诱剂等行为调控剂,为发展绿色环保的害虫防治策略提供新思路和新方法。

主持重点研发政府间国际科技创新合作项目,国家自然科学基金面上和青年基金项目,博士后基金面上和特别资助项目等。发表科技论文20余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Current Biology、Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Pest Management Science等SCI刊物发表论文10余篇,申请发明专利3项,授权发明专利1项。获得第十六届北京昆虫学会青年优秀科技论文基础研究类一等奖。
