..,女,博士,研究员,硕士生/博士生导师。2009年本科毕业于南京农业大学植物保护专业,2014年博士毕业于浙江大学植物病理学专业。2014-2015年在浙江大学作物科学研究所开展博士后研究工作;2015-2018年在加拿大农业与农业食品部,伦敦研究与发展中心,先后从事博士后、助理研究员工作;20188月成为亚搏app青年英才计划引进工程入选者;20194月入选国家海外高层次引进人才和亚搏app领军B农科英才。

..方目前在植物病虫害生物学国家重点实验室-植物与病毒互作组开展研究工作。主要从事植物与病毒的互作研究,以烟草、拟南芥、番茄和油菜为植物实验材料,以世界上:ψ钗现、种类最多的两类植物病毒:双生病毒科病毒和马铃薯Y科病毒为研究对象,开展寄主植物与病毒的互作(双生病毒科病毒与寄主烟草和番茄的互作研究;芜菁花叶病毒与寄主拟南芥、烟草和油菜的互作研究)方面的工作。涉及的寄主途径包含DNA甲基化、RNA沉默、RNA降解、细胞自噬、泛素-26S蛋白酶体降解系统等。围绕着植物与病毒互作的机制,解析植物病毒致病的机制,进一步挖掘出新型有效的抗病基因。近几年部分研究结果以通讯作者/第一作者身份在Nature Communications 1篇)、Trends in Microbiology1篇)、Molecular Plant1篇)、PLoS Pathogens3篇)、New Phytologist3篇)、Plant Physiology1篇)、The Plant Journal1篇)等专业杂志发表SCI收录论文22篇,累计影响因子超142,他引次数超300次;以参与作者身份在Trends in Plant Science、The Plant Cell、Frontiers in Plant Science等专业杂志上发表SCI收录论文8篇;以第一完成人授权专利4项;研究成果获2020年亚搏app科学技术成果奖(第一完成人,青年科技创新奖);担任Frontiers in Microbiology、Frontiers in Plant Science等杂志的学术编委。
