陈捷胤

陈捷胤,男,现任亚搏app研究员,博士生导师,入选亚搏app“青年英才计划”,青岛农业大学植物医学院兼职研究生导师,美国植物病理学会Phytopathology期刊编委。“全球黄萎病菌基因组(Verticilli-Omics)解析”国际合作项目执行人。

主要从事作物黄萎病防控理论与技术研究,研究方向为黄萎病病原与种群演化机制、大丽轮枝菌功能基因组学及为害分子基础、棉花抗黄萎病遗传基础及抗性分子机制。主持国家自然科学基金、重点研发计划子课题、公益性行业科研专项等项目20余项,围绕作物黄萎病防控理论与技术研究在 New Phytologist、Environmental Microbiology、Plant Biotechnology Journal、Molecular Plant Pathology等国际知名期刊发表学术论文50余篇、授权专利24件、省审品种2个、获省部级一等奖1项。
