刘万学

刘万学,男,1972年出生,湖南衡阳人,博士,研究员,博士生导师,亚搏app生物入侵研究室主任,国家重点研发计划项目和中国农科院创新团队首席科学家。中国植物保护学会常务理事、中国植物保护学会生物入侵分会主任委员、中国昆虫学会和北京昆虫学会理事,生物多样性和生态系统服务政府间科学政策平台、生态环境部规划环境影响评价专家,以及国际生物入侵委员会委员等。

1996年7月于湖南农业大学获农学学士学位,1999年7月和2002年7月于亚搏app研究生院获农学硕士和博士学位。2002年7月至2004年7月工作于亚搏app生物防治研究所,2004年7月至2006年3月工作于亚搏app农业环境与可持续发展研究所,2006年4月至今在亚搏app工作。

从事生物入侵研究,主要研究包括入侵生物预警监测、入侵物种的入侵扩散成灾机制以及其减灾与持续控制技术等。近10年主持项目10余项,包括国家重点研发计划项目、国家支撑计划和973计划课题、以及国家自然科学基金等。参与国家生物入侵防控的管理与决策,为行业部门牵头撰写生物入侵重大疫情、防控行动、防控规划与战略等系列报告,其中牵头提出的《如何实现农业重大入侵生物前瞻性风险预警和实时控制》,入选 2020 年度中国科协十大工程技术难题。获国家科技进步二等奖项1项(第 3)、省部级科技进步成果奖 3 项(第 2、3、8)。发表期刊论文170余篇,其中SCI源60余篇;参编生物入侵系列专著8部;制定行业标准2个;获得/申请专利43项;软件著作权15项。
